At MIYoga, I make yoga accessible, safe, and practical for everyday life. My classes focus on mindful movement, simple breath work and intention setting to reduce daily stress—no complex philosophy required. With training in yoga and sports massage, I emphasise natural, flowing movements for a safe an effective practice. My motto: no cranking, no forcing and no torquing—just functional movement that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and ease in your body.
